Do you remember those days?
When snow was fun to play with; to build smiley snowmen out of soft and fresh snow, dark stones, and a few scraps of clothes to keep them warm.
Or, throw frosty snowballs at friends from behind shriveled bushes outside of the school gates.
Or, slip on our backs on the slippery concrete ground, coated with treacherous ice during our walks.
Or, make unrecognisable snow angels in the field when we thought no one was looking.
But you know, I will always remember those precious moments when the sun sinks from behind the frozen chimneys, and we’d be sitting in front of the heat radiators at home and sipping hot chocolate, enjoying the white brilliance the fogged up windows.
And we’d be thinking, let’s do it all again tomorrow.
